Ma by project research. Reasons for collecting discarded objects

Investigating ideas about disposable cutlery. What is appealing about a discarded disposable wooden chip fork on the pavement? Something about the flattened profile, the new street patina, the lack of considered design for a momentary object. Just use and throw!
Reproducing it in silver makes it more attractive immediately, the design and proportions are the same whatever material. I admire the sparse profile and simple cut out style. It is easy to obsess over proportions,number of prongs, ratio of head to handle, but in considering every minute detail, everything changes within a millimetre's adjustment.
Maybe it would be a good idea to carry around a permanent chipfork for those chip consumption emergencies!
